Project overview
Working closely with Jon and Tam, we moved away from a basic informational site to a high-performance, automated booking machine. From directing the new photography style to building a custom management backend and syncing data with their marketing team.

We ensured that every digital touchpoint feels as premium as the cottages themselves.
The challenge
Jon and Tam offer an incredible luxury experience, but their digital presence didn’t reflect the exclusivity of their cottages. The previous site was outdated and made it difficult to manage updates, while the booking process was completely disconnected from their marketing efforts.

We built a modular system where high-end aesthetics meet robust backend intelligence.
What we did
(and what we avoided)
High-end visual storytelling
Modular backend management system
Photography art direction
Zapier automation workflow
- Low-quality stock imagery
- Disconnected booking journeys
- Manual marketing data entry
- Rigid, unmanageable page layouts

Our focus lies in delivering tangible bottom line outcomes that make a real impact.

- Creative Art DirectionWe worked side-by-side with their photographer, defining the visual style and specific shots required to ensure every image integrated perfectly with the new website.
- Modular Backend ArchitectureDeveloped a custom dashboard that allows Jon and Tam to independently manage their website without touching a single line of code.
- Automated Marketing SyncZapier integrations to automatically push booking data to their marketing specialist, eliminating manual reporting.
