Project overview

We took Beare Flooring’s digital presence from a standard site to a high-performance franchise tool. The focus was on organisation and user experience. We built a custom backend that allows Aleisha to manage a huge catalogue and specific service areas without breaking a sweat, all while looking incredibly sharp on the frontend.
We built a custom-tailored WordPress dashboard so the team can swap out promotions, update timber samples, and manage service areas in just a few clicks.

The challenge

The main struggle was managing the complexity of multiple locations and a massive product range. They needed a way to ensure a customer in Sydney wouldn't accidentally book a consultation with a Gold Coast team, and a backend that wasn't a nightmare for the staff to update.
We engineered a dynamic database for all suburbs and postcodes, linking them directly to the correct franchise page.
